Privacy, in plain language.
The short version: there are no accounts, we don't ask for your data, and the tools run in your browser. We only measure visits if you say yes.
What we collect
Nothing you type in: there is no sign-up and no forms. Images you upload to pull a palette are processed in your browser and never leave your device. Your favorites and language are stored only in your browser. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics measures visits in aggregate (pages viewed, country and device type).
What we don't do
We don't sell data. We don't build user profiles. We don't share anything with advertisers.
Who processes data with us
Vercel (hosting: technical logs such as IP address and browser, for security), Google Analytics (statistics, only with your consent) and Google Fonts (typefaces). Some of them may process data outside the EU under GDPR safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Google Analytics statistics: 14 months. Hosting technical logs: a few days. Anything stored in your browser: until you delete it.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object. Email gonzalobh@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to UODO (the Polish data protection authority) or to the authority in your country.
Cookies
We only use Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*), and only if you accept them. You can change your choice anytime from the "Cookies" link in the footer. If we ever show ads, we'll ask for your permission separately.
