The flag of Panama is divided into four quarters: two white ones with stars (one blue, one red), one red and one blue. In the most common reading, blue and red stand for the conservative and liberal parties of the time, and white for peace between them. It was adopted after the split from Colombia in 1903. The HEX codes are commonly used reference values.
