Brand colors shouldn't compete with the photos
On your website and listings, the property is what sells. Use white or neutral backgrounds and save your brand color for the logo, buttons and prices. That way photos of kitchens, yards and living rooms look cleaner.
For-sale and for-rent signs that read from afar
A sign in a window or on a lawn is seen from the street or from a moving car. Use two high-contrast colors (for example, white on navy blue or red) and a large phone number. Avoid pastels, which fade in the sun.
Blue builds trust, but competition is tough
Blue is the most common color in the industry because it's linked to reliability. If every agency in your area uses blue, consider green, petrol blue or terracotta so your sign stands out from the rest.
